Management Development Programme - Beginning Tuesday 20 September

People management is complex and sometimes we get it wrong.  This is even more likely to happen if we have never been shown best practice. This interactive face-to-face management programme provides the opportunity to explore your own styles and preferences, understand how this is perceived by others and have a go within the safety of the learning environment. 

Focussing on 6 key areas, this programme is aimed at new or less experienced people managers. We strongly recommend attending the additional Insights Discovery Module as this increased self awareness will enable even more focussed learning in the six subject areas. In addition, you can take your learning even further with an additional day focusing on problem solving, critical thinking and change management; critical skills for the modern legal professional. 

You can expect interactive workshops, tools and strategies you can use straight away back in the workplace and certainly, some fun and laughter along the way.
