File reviews are often carried out with little time or attention given to the financial compliance aspect of a legal transaction.  This is surprising as there is just as much risk of a law firm being closed down or a lawyer struck off for financial compliance irregularities than some of your other regulatory obligations. This webinar talks you through the ingredients of a good financial compliance file review and provides you with some common breaches to look out for.
