Menopause can affect people differently and for those who experience symptoms, it can be a huge relief to know their employer will support them. Join Anita Arscott-Brookes to explore your role as a manager in supporting menopausal women in your team.
Anita will share common symptoms and guide you through how your support will help team members to keep performing at their best through the menopause transition.
This workshop will be an interactive session with the opportunity to contribute and be fully immersed in the learning.
Places are limited to 35 members for each session and you will be required to join virtually with your mic and camera in operation.
