If you select “ORGANISATION PAYS,” you are responsible for ensuring that the organisation is aware that an invoice has been raised for their payment and that payment is made within the agreed 30‑day period. Failure to do so may result in suspension of the relevant product or service.
If the invoice is not paid within the agreed terms, CILEX reserves the right to transfer liability for the outstanding amount to you.
The lawful bases for this processing are the consent of the data subject and CILEX’s legitimate interests.
