The legal world is awash with jargon, but legal tech is equally culpable when it comes to buzzwords. This session aims to deconstruct many of the myths around legal tech and bring it back to basics, exploring:
• how the market is segmented;
• why it matters;
• why integrations and interoperability (i.e. how different systems speak to each other) is going to be crucial in understanding our new world of law; and
• how we will work in the future.
Meet the presenter:
Eimear McCann is a non-practising lawyer, working in legal tech, with 11 years of practice in litigious and contentious work. Eimear is a lecturer, writer, and Commercial Director at TrialView, a digital disputes platform, which facilitates virtual & hybrid hearings; offering bundle creation, evidence presentation and video integration in one streamlined platform.
