CILEx Imposter Syndrome Workshop

It is estimated that 70% of people will experience Imposter Syndrome at least once in their lifetime. So, in this online workshop Anita Arscott-Brookes (CILEx Learning & Development Manager) will be exploring the signs and symptoms of imposter syndrome, the impact it has on our daily lives and some strategies for managing it. This workshop will be an interactive session with the opportunity to contribute and be fully immersed in the learning.
