We try to make sure that the information contained in the CILEX Authorised Practitioners Directory (the Practitioners directory) is correct. However, we do not give any express or implied advice, representation or warranty that the information is accurate, or in relation to any other matter. We do not accept liability for: any omission, inclusion or error in the information contained in the Practitioners directory; or for your reliance on the information contained in the Practitioners directory.
You should take suitable actions to independently verify that any information contained in the Practitioners directory is accurate. You should not act or omit to act based on information contained in the Practitioners directory. You should take such legal and/or professional advice that you consider necessary.
The Practitioners directory only contains the details of Chartered Legal Executives and CILEX Practitioners. The Practitioners directory does not contain details of individuals who:
- choose not to be listed, or are non-practising;
- are members of CILEX but have yet to qualify as Chartered Legal Executives and are in other grades, such as Student, Affiliate, Associate and Graduate.
Employers' details and work addresses contained in the Practitioners directory are based on information supplied by the authorised individuals. Additions, amendments and other changes to authorised individuals’ information may not always be immediately reflected in the Practitioners directory.
If you have any queries about an individual contained in the Practitioners directory, or an individual who says they are authorised by CILEx Regulation but their information is not contained in the Practitioners directory, contact us at email@example.com.
Where permitted by law, we expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
